Rosolini

Cradled at the feet of the Iblei Mountains, where the provinces of Syracuse and Ragusa gently embrace, lies Rosolini — the enchanting "City of the Carob Tree."
Here, sprawling vineyards ripple like waves across the land, citrus groves breathe their fragrant whispers, and ancient olive trees stand as silent guardians of time.

From the humble maccu ri favi, a creamy fava bean puree once savored by ancient Greeks, to the aromatic capunatina born from Arab hands, and the delicate tummali carrying the echoes of Spanish tradition — each local delicacy is a poem, a taste that sings the story of a people woven from many cultures and histories.

A truly magical destination, known as the world capital of Baroque architecture. In 2002, its historic center was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, together with other remarkable late Baroque towns in the Val di Noto region.

The area attracts tourists not only for its stunning art and architecture but also for its proximity to the sea, its abundance of local products, and a rich gastronomic tradition that showcases authentic Sicilian flavors

Marzamemi

In the farthest reaches of southern Sicily lies Marzamemi, a captivating fishing village that enchants visitors every summer.

Straddling the borders of Noto and Pachino, this seaside gem carries whispers of its past — from the 11th century, when Arab hands first built the ancient Tonnara, to the elegant 18th-century touches gifted by the noble Villadorata family.

Today, Marzamemi is a timeless tapestry of history, sea breeze, and Sicilian charm, inviting all who arrive to step into a world where tradition and beauty meet.

Portopalo di Capopassero

A charming fishing village surrounded by several small islands, including the famous Isola delle Correnti — named for the meeting point of two seas, the Ionian and the Mediterranean.
This island has remained true to itself over the years, thanks to environmental protections established since 1987 throughout the Portopalo territory.

Within the island, only a few traces of human presence remain: the lighthouse and a handful of small houses that once sheltered the lighthouse keeper and his family.
It is the perfect refuge for those who cherish wild, untouched nature.

Siracusa e Ortigia

Syracuse, declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is a living tapestry woven from millennia of history and culture. Within its ancient walls and quiet museums lie archaeological treasures that whisper stories older than even its celebrated Greek foundations.

At the heart of Ortigia, the city’s oldest quarter, the majestic Duomo rises — a breathtaking masterpiece of 17th-century Baroque artistry, where history and faith intertwine beneath sculpted stone and golden light.

A shimmering Baroque jewel nestled in the heart of the Val di Noto, Modica stands proudly in southeastern Sicily, celebrated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2002.
Born from Neolithic roots, this ancient city weaves together a rich tapestry of culinary delights and a profound artistic and cultural legacy.

Renowned today for its distinctive chocolate — a sweet gift passed down from Aztec tradition —
