Terms and Conditions
The products presented on the website www.spasuitesicilia.com are created and marketed by Marco Scorza company, legally headquartered at Via Derna 18, 96019 Rosolini (SR).
The website illustrates the products and services offered by Spa Suite Sicilia, including the conditions and procedures for booking stays and tourist services.
The terms and conditions of use are specified within this document.
Article 1. OBJECT
The products available on this website are sold in the form of digital vouchers, which entitle the beneficiary to use one of the pre-packaged tourist services offered, according to the theme and/or category of the product.
Reservations and use of the service must occur within 12 months from the date of purchase (unless otherwise specified) and are subject to the rules and restrictions outlined below.
Each purchase is identified by an alphanumeric serial code (contained in the confirmation email), which the beneficiary must provide to Spa Suite Sicilia at the time of booking to validate and use the service.
Products may be used by someone other than the purchaser, as they can be gifted to a third party. In any case, the purchase and/or reservation imply full acceptance of the terms of sale and use.
Article 2. GENERAL CLAUSES AND DEFINITIONS
These terms apply to all products offered on www.sparoomsicilia.it, regardless of purchase method or product availability.
Purchasing a product and booking a service imply prior acceptance of these terms.
Definitions:

If any condition is partially or fully invalidated, it does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions unless otherwise specified.
Spa Suite Sicilia reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time without prior notice; modifications will not be retroactive.
The contents, services, terms, and conditions of the tourist services described in the product packaging are predetermined and accepted at the time of purchase and apply to the beneficiary.
Article 3. SCOPE AND LIMITS OF APPLICATION
3.1 Territoriality
These conditions and any contract concluded for the sale or booking of the tourist services are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to Italian jurisdiction.
3.2 Capacity
All customers declare they have the legal capacity to purchase and book on www.sparoomsicilia.it and accept financial responsibility for the use of the site by themselves or third parties, including minors under their supervision.

Article 6. CUSTOMER AND BENEFICIARY DATA
Customers must provide correct data for order acceptance and contact Spa Suite Sicilia if the product is not delivered.
Article 7. ANTI-FRAUD PRECAUTIONS
The purchaser is responsible for safeguarding the alphanumeric code sent by email.
In case of loss or theft, the customer must notify Spa Suite Sicilia in writing.
Spa Suite Sicilia can block or deactivate lost codes without liability.

Non-compliance with terms by the customer or beneficiary will not be tolerated.
Article 9. WEBSITE LIABILITY
Spa Suite Sicilia cannot guarantee uninterrupted website service and is not responsible for service interruptions.
Article 10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The product is a registered trademark. Use by third parties is only allowed with Spa Suite Sicilia’s authorization.
Article 11. SPECIFIC SALES CONDITIONS
Products must be activated upon sale by an authorized reseller.
Delivery is within 48-72 hours unless temporarily unavailable; in this case, a refund may be requested within 30 days.
Article 12. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The customer may withdraw within 14 working days of receiving the email without penalty, subject to returning the product intact at their expense.
Refunds will be processed within 30 days after verifying product integrity.
Article 13. VALIDITY AND USAGE TERM
Each product is valid for 12 months from purchase.
Services are for two people unless otherwise specified.
Article 14. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION
Sales comply with Italian Tourism Code and Consumer Code regulations.
Article 15. OFFER AVAILABILITY AND SERVICE TERMS
Booking is subject to availability, minimum advance booking terms, and blackout dates.
