The following personal data are processed:
Data voluntarily provided by the user (via contact forms, bookings, newsletter subscription)
Data collected offline at check-in (identity documents, contact details, signature)
Browsing data (IP, access time, browser, technical and profiling cookies)
Images captured by external video surveillance, exclusively for parking security. The cameras do not frame the entrance or the interior of the facility.

The data are processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently, both digitally and on paper, by personnel authorized by the data controller. No automated decision-making processes are envisaged.

The data will be retained for:
10 years for tax and accounting purposes
12 months for contacts via form or email
Until consent is withdrawn for promotional purposes (newsletter)
24-72 hours for video surveillance images, unless extended in the event of unlawful incidents
6. Communication and dissemination of data
The data will not be disseminated. They may be communicated to technical suppliers (web hosting, management software, accountant), appointed as data processors.

The site uses technical cookies necessary for operation and, only with consent, profiling cookies to personalize advertising content.
