Article 1 – Subject

The products presented on the website www.spasuitesicilia.com are produced and marketed by Spa Suite Sicilia. The products offered consist of digital vouchers that entitle the beneficiary to use pre-packaged tourist services as indicated in the relevant product, also depending on the theme and reference category.

The booking and use of the service must take place within 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified in the product. Each purchase is identified by an alphanumeric serial code, contained in the confirmation email, which the beneficiary must provide to Spa Suite Sicilia at the time of booking to validate its use.

The products can also be used by someone other than the purchaser, as they are valid as a gift. The purchase implies full acknowledgment and acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale and operation.

Article 2 – General Clauses and Definitions

The operating regulations apply to all products on the site www.spasuitesicilia.com, regardless of the purchase method.

The reference definitions are as follows:

Customer: the one who purchases the product.
Beneficiary: the one who uses the product.

In the event that any provision is invalidated, this does not affect the validity of the others, unless otherwise provided.

The content, performance, and terms of enjoyment of the illustrated tourist services are predetermined and are considered accepted upon purchase, including by the beneficiary.

These conditions, as well as the sales or booking contracts, are subject to Italian law. In case of disputes, jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Italian courts.

3.2 Capacity

Anyone who purchases or books declares that they have the legal capacity to act and to assume financial responsibility for the use of the site, also on behalf of third parties, including minors under their care. Any improper use may result in the refusal of the booking by Spa Suite Sicilia.

Article 4 – Prices and payment terms

Prices are expressed in euros and are those in effect at the time of purchase.

Article 6 – Purchaser and Beneficiary Data

Article 7 – Anti-fraud precautions

Since the product is identified by an alphanumeric code sent via email, it is the customer's responsibility to keep it with the utmost care.

In case of loss, theft or misappropriation, the customer must promptly notify Spa Suite Sicilia in writing of the incident in order to deactivate the code and consider replacement.

Spa Suite Sicilia reserves the right to block any code in case of irregularities without any liability towards the customer.

Article 9 – Liability related to the use of the site

Spa Suite Sicilia does not guarantee the continuity and uninterrupted operation of the site www.spasuitesicilia.com. Any disruptions due to force majeure or third parties do not entail liability on the part of Spa Suite Sicilia.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

The Spa Suite Sicilia trademark is registered. Use by third parties is permitted only with written authorization.

Article 11 – Specific sales conditions

The product can only be used after regular activation by Spa Suite Sicilia or an authorized reseller.

The customer will receive the product within 48/72 hours from order confirmation, unless there is a temporary unavailability which will be promptly communicated. In this case, the customer may request a refund within 30 days.

Article 12 – Right of withdrawal

The customer may withdraw within 14 working days from receipt of the confirmation email, without penalties and without providing any reasons.

Withdrawal is subject to the return of the product in its original condition. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The refund will be made within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to services already used or activated at the customer's request.

Article 13 – Validity and terms of use of the product

The product is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. The beneficiary must use the stay within this period.

The service is generally valid for two people, unless otherwise indicated.

In case of discrepancies between the voucher and the online description, the information on the website prevails.

Article 14 – Reference Legislation

The sale of travel packages is regulated by the Tourism Code (Legislative Decree No. 79/2011 and subsequent amendments), the Consumer Code, and the International Convention on the Travel Contract (CCV) of Brussels 1970, where applicable.

Article 15 – Availability of the offer

The reservation is subject to the availability of the facility and the indicated restrictions (minimum booking terms, seasonal closures, etc.).

The customer is required to check availability at the time of booking.

Article 16 – Restrictions and limitations of availability

The allotment of rooms reserved for Spa Suite Sicilia is limited and subject to availability.

The facility may have closures or restrictions during certain periods; it is the responsibility of the beneficiary to check before booking.
